MarginSeal is an invoice monitoring service that helps restaurants and businesses track supplier price changes. The Service processes PDF invoices, extracts pricing data, and sends alerts when price increases are detected.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial and Subscription

MarginSeal offers a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Data and Privacy

We process your invoice data solely to provide the Service. Your data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell or share your invoice data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious files or content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MarginSeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
